Dr. Kaitlin Schiavo is a board-certified dermatologist with interest in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. 

Dr Schiavo is a Columbia native who graduated from Rock Bridge High School. She then attended the combined BA/MD program at University of Missouri – Kansas City. In medical school she received numerous awards for her academic achievements. She completed her internship in adult and pediatric medicine followed by her dermatology residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis, IN, where she served as their chief resident during her final year.

Dr. Schiavo has co-authored multiple book chapters and articles. She is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Dermatology,  Missouri Dermatology Society, and Women’s Dermatologic Society. Outside of practicing dermatology, she enjoys traveling, exploring Columbia’s food scene, and spending time with friends and family- especially her new baby boy.
